This is a great exercise to work up a sweat with. Basically what you do is this... you squat up and down to the point where your fingers touch the ground, while you keep your back straight and slightly leaning forward. You keep a pretty fast pace of about 1 squat per second.
Your goal is to do at least 100 non-stop. Now, don't worry if you can't do that many or even come close to 100 at first. It'll take time. So just do this to begin with. Each day, do 100 hindu squats. That's it. You can do it in however many sets and reps you want. Just shoot for 100 repetitions total for the day.
Do these everyday. This will build up your endurance and lung capacity in a hurry... allowing for a greater efficiency of fat burning.

This healthy soup recipe for weight loss is nutritionally balanced and can be served with some quinoa for a hearty, filling meal you can have anytime of day.
1. Roasted Tomato & Quinoa Soup
Serves 4
Ingredients
• 2.5kg plum tomatoes (or vine ripe tomatoes)
• 2 tbsp coconut oil
• 1 red onion, peeled and diced
• 1 tsp dried basil
• 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes- if you like heat- or omit
• 1 tin of chopped tomatoes
• 4 yeast free stock cubes, made up
• 1 bay leaf
• Sea salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
Method
1. What you'll need to do first: Roast the tomatoes.
2. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
3. Cut the plum tomatoes in half and toss them into a roasting pan with the coconut oil, some dried Italian herbs and several peeled cloves of garlic. Add a generous drizzle of lemon juice.
4. Put into the oven and gather the next ingredients. The tomatoes should be ready in roughly 45 minutes.
5. Heat the coconut oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and stir for five minutes. Add the herbs and chilli flakes, and stir for another minute or two, until the onion is softened. Add the canned tomatoes and stock. Toss in the bay leaf and season with sea salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste.
6. Add the oven-roasted tomatoes and garlic, breaking the pieces apart with a wooden spoon.
7. Cover and bring to a simmer; lower the heat and continue to simmer for about 30 to 40 minutes.
8. Discard the bay leaf.
9. Puree the soup in a blender then return to the pot. Taste for seasoning adjustments. Heat through.
10. If the soup is too thick, add enough hot broth to thin it to the consistency you prefer.

Switching to diet soda alone can help you lose 40 pounds in two to three months with no additional effort required.

Lose Weight With Zero Carb, Microwave Pork Rinds

                                                                                                                            Pork rinds have no carbohydrates and are one of the few salty, crunchy snacks you can have on a low carb diet. However, if you are going to eat pork rinds, try the microwave pork rinds. They have 65% less fat, 33% less salt, 40 calories less, and less cholesterol than the traditional deep fried pork rinds. You can also buy them in bulk instead of in the microwave popcorn type bags. This version is much cheaper, plus they have no MSG. You can make as few as you like at a time, plus you can add several flavors of seasonings after you have cooked the pork rinds.
Once you have your microwave pork rinds, try some of these serving suggestions:
- WITH MELTED CHEESE - Cover a cookie sheet with microwave pork rinds. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on them (mozzarella, if you are dieting) and melt the cheese in an oven.
- WITH SALSA AND/OR SOUR CREAM - Serve them with any kind of salsa and sour cream. (low fat or fat free if you're dieting) YUM!
- WITH PORK RINDS SEASONINGS - Certainly the easiest way to flavor pork rinds is with delicious pork rinds seasonings that are available from some companies that sell microwave pork rinds. Examples of flavors are: BBQ, Hot & Spicy, Ranch and Cheddar Cheese. Just sprinkle onto the rinds after they have been cooked. (Do not add to the pellets before cooking.) You can add as much or as little seasonings as you wish to tailor the taste to exactly the way you like it.
- WITH CHIP DIPS - The pork rinds also go great with any kind of dips. Use fat free or light versions of the mayonnaise and sour cream to keep the fat and calories low.
- WITH SEASONED CREAM CHEESE - Add some microwave pork rind seasonings to cream cheese and mix it up. WOW! The cream cheese adds texture and new mouth
feel, plus tons of flavor. Make it more filling and more interesting by adding diced celery, pimento, diced cucumber, diced onions, or diced tomato's.
- USE THEM AS CROUTONS - Break the rinds into smaller bite sized pieces. They add great crunch to your salads, plus somewhat of a taste of bacon at the same time.
- USE THEM IN WRAPS - Same as with the croutons, break them into smaller pieces. Add them to wraps for the same great crunch and flavor profile. They create volume, but not many calories.
- AS A BREADING FOR MEATS AND VEGETABLES - Some people crunch up pork rinds and then use a rolling pin to turn them into a fine breading for many fried meat and vegetable dishes such as baked chicken, chicken Parmesan, country fried steak, breaded pork chops, etc. Try it as as breading for mozzarella sticks. Oh, boy! (Food processor works much easier and better than a rolling pin.)
- MAKE PORK RIND NACHOS - This is my favorite! Use pork rinds instead of nacho chips to make nachos. Use the same ingredients as restaurants use to make deluxe nachos, such as shredded lettuce, diced tomato's, and fat free or light versions of sour cream, re-fried beans and sour cream.
- AS A DESSERT SNACK - With Cinnamon and Splenda! You won't believe how this does not taste like pork rinds when you do it properly. Blend Cinnamon and Splenda (or powdered sugar, if you're not dieting) into a proportion that tastes just right to you. Then put it into a gallon sized plastic zip lock bag. Put the rinds into the bag and zip it shut. Shake the bag in all directions until the rinds are fully coated with the blend of Cinnamon and Splenda. The key is fully coating each piece. Unbelievable!
- WITH HOT SAUCE OR BBQ SAUCE - There are hot sauces that are used to make hot sauces for buffalo wings or as the sauce itself. The bottles have their recipes for making sauces right on their labels. Usually, all you add is butter. Wow, what a punch this packs if you like spicy! BBQ sauce also works great to enhance the flavor.
- AS A TOPPING FOR CASSEROLES - Crunch up the pork rinds into small pieces. Great on mac and cheese, green bean casserole, etc.
- FOR A PIZZA CRUST - Put the pork rinds in a food processor and process until it's the consistency of flour. Then substitute this "flour" for the regular flour in a pizza crust recipe.
- USE IT TO MAKE STUFFING - Break up the rinds until they are the size of bread croutons. Then use them in your favorite stuffing recipe.
- USE IT INSTEAD OF CRACKER MEAL FOR SALMON PATTIES - Use that food processor again to process the rinds until the consistency of cracker meal. Then use it with your favorite salmon pattie recipe.
- LOW CARB PANCAKES - Again, that food processor can turn the rinds into a flour-like consistency. Use it to make a batter for pancakes, waffles, etc. You will never believe it came from microwave pork rinds.
