Personal transformations can take many forms, however there are several keys elements to use when beginning yours.
Many people use the new year as a bench mark to begin some sort of transformation, weight loss, positive attitude, spend more quality time with your kids or family. All are began with the best of intentions but sadly most end up over by the second week of February. When you begin your transformational journey isn't what's important, sticking to it and maximizing your results is.
Personal transformations are an excellent tool for people of all ages and ability levels who want to re-focus their life and set new goals to take the next step in their lives. Follow these simple steps and your success level will sky rocket during your next personal transformation.
1. Know your WHY - Why is it you want to change? Why is change important to you and your loved ones?
What will these changes look like when they are taking place? What will be the benefits of these changes?
Answering these questions will help maximize your transformation and keep you on track.

2. Write clearly defined goals- What is it you want to focus on? Is it starting a new business or simply getting your physical self in the best place possible? Writing your goals will focus your efforts and keep you on track when your 15-30 days into your program. Goals also are excellent benchmarks to review during your program, many times goals are fluid and need to be adjusted from time to time.
3. Practice daily Gratitude- Many who begin the transformational journey are beginning from a place that they don't want to be in any more, right?
I for one say, where I am now looked pretty good not that long ago but I just want to tweak a couple of things to improve where I am heading.
Being grateful for the blessing we now have in our lives is a powerful transformational force that can not be dismissed.
4. Meditate and re-read your goals daily- Keeping your goals in front of you and using them to be motivated every day will keep you moving forward toward your ultimate goals. Meditation is also a powerful force when it comes to personal transformation, all creation begins first with thought. Meditate and focus and your transformation can be remarkable.
