 If you want to lose your weight at the last minute, it is probably because you do not want people to see you the way you look now.   1. Do not skip meals, instead having eating 2 big ones, have 5-6 smaller ones during the day. Always eat your breakfast as well because it is the most important meal of the day. Most people think they are smart and skip it but they actually eat more during the day because they are hungry.
  2. Sleep well as often as you can because people who get a good night sleep are less hungry in the morning. This helps a lot when you are on a diet!
