Salad Recipe to Burn Away Fat

                                                                                                                      
This is a very unique and tantalizing salad. It's super low in fat and high in healthy veggies and fiber.

Ingredients:
2 oranges
1 large carrot, grated
125g radishes, trimmed and thinly sliced
50g wild rocket leaves
75g mixed bean sprouts
4 tablespoons fat free plain yogurt
2 teaspoons honey
Salt and pepper to season
method:
Slice the tops and the bottoms of the oranges. Cut of the skin taking away as much white as possible. Slice in between segments to remove the flesh and allow the segments to fall into a bowl with the juice. In a mixing bowl, combine the carrot, radish slices, rocket and sprouts. Drain the orange segments reserving the juice and add the oranges to the bowl. Mix theorange juice to the bowl with the yogurt and the honey and season to taste. Pile the sprouting salad into individual dishes and drizzle with the dressing.
